Utilizing custom formulated encapsulating compounds, epoxies, urethanes, silicones & elastomers we routinely protect EMI- and RFI- shielded connector assemblies, switches, circuit boards, thermister assemblies, medical probes and sensors, optical equipment and miniature lighting assemblies, from moisture, dust, and other harsh environmental conditions.

Recently we produced a miniature hi-intensity signaling device, smaller than an ice cube and potted in a high-impact clear plastic case — that as part of its acceptance withstood being run-over by a battle tank. Talk about, “takes a licking and keeps on ticking!”
